    UK-Spanish Euro Refinance

    Option 3.

    For the fist time a UK refinance deal through a Spanish Lender. We will offer to release equity from your Spanish property to repay your existing UK mortgage in favor of a Spanish EURO mortgage. Mortgage rate linked to the euribor 12 month interest rate of 3.80% rather than the UK bank rate of 5.00% at time of writting. The scheme has some set up costs with a renewable Euribor rate margin of just 1.50% for the term of the loan. The lender claims that this will allow customers to take advantage of Euro rates with the option to take an addition 20% equity release for any legal non-company reason.Mandatory life & payment insurance is required

    This product is based on the cost of funds rather than just the UK bank rate currently 5.00%. The scheme has some set up costs which are compareable with the current market, ( base rate plus1% deal will track your prefered base rate). The lender claims that this will allow customers to take advantage of Low overseas rates with the ability to pay by sterling. No early repayment
